Tourists flock to see the beauty

On the day of the end of Buddhist Lent, many provinces in the Northeast hold traditional merit-making ceremonies. Nakhon Phanom Province, in particular, has a grand Loi Ruea Fai festival, which this year features 12 boats from 12 districts.
